Contributes to Papua New Guinea's National Housing Policy in collaboration with NHC, supporting housing research, data and policy analysis.

Building Board (NCDC)

Building construction design, standards and permit approvals.

Note : “NHC's engagement with the private sector on housing is primarily through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements on specific projects, rather than a general industry partnership. In relation to banking and financial services, NHC's role is limited to third-party functions relevant to tenants/clients and their financial institutions, rather than a formal institutional partnership.”
